| Job Summary |
Optimization for simplicity of the design of the robotic arm through redesign of electrical systems for an easier to assemble and maintainable machine. - Assist in the electrical component selection - Assist in the optimization of part placement that complies with the C Standards - Wire routing that complies with the C Standards - Simplification of Wire Harnesses that complies with the C Standards - Assist in the preparation of the Electrical and Electronic Bill of Materials Thinking outside the box and incentive to propose and contribute to the overall goal is a requirement. We offer the benefit of gaining skills in designing and improving cutting edge robots. |

| Key Responsibilities |
・Manage and report your progress of tasks to the Team lead ・Work with the Electronics and Mechanical Team lead to validate assembly processes. ・Work with internal teams ensuring “quality by design” and design for Manufacturability ・Document control and change management ・Specification of systems, sub-systems and components ・Systematic design review ・BOM Simplification (Reduction of Parts and Assemblies used) ・Assembly Analysis ・Sequence of mounting of cables and wires. The candidate is required to coordinate with the designers regarding the optimal placement of electrical components ・wire routing and cable management ・Utilizing of commercially available components (this will discourage the usage of custom parts) |
| Required Qualifications |
・Proficiency in Altium software ・Enthusiasm to learn and improve in challenging environment |
| Preferred Skills |
・Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering. ・Knowledge about industrial standards ・Familiarity in CAD software (e.g., OnShape) & PLM (e.g., Arena). |
