At hibot every day we get excited as we create things that still don't exist. In a startup environment not all tasks are defined by standards, therefore hibot members are ready to take on new challenges that go beyond the average day-to-day job.

Take risks	We want to change the way infrastructure is inspected and maintained, in ways that no one has ever done before. The hibot way to do it is by boldly taking calculated risks.
Accept challenges	If it were easy, anyone else would be doing it. Even the most difficult problems were impossible... until someone solved them!
Find solutions to problems	And not the other way around. Identifying problems is essential, but it's only part of the process. At hibot, any problem found is followed by proposals to fix it.
Get rewarded based on efforts	At hibot, we all understand that we harvest what we sowed. Rewards are assigned according to efforts and accomplishments.
