The only Japanese company in the world’s largest energy open-innovation program reaches its final stage.
Following a week of high-impact meetings with global utilities at the Free Electrons Bootcamp in Lisbon, hibot has been selected among the Top 15 startups worldwide in the program’s 10th edition. From more than 60 startups down to 30, and now to the final 15, hibot has consistently stood out for its robotic solutions that make energy infrastructure inspection and maintenance safer, smarter, and more efficient at scale.
Next stops: the Master Module in London (hosted by E.ON, September 2026) and the Grand Finale in Montréal (hosted by Hydro-Québec, November 2026), where hibot will deepen its collaboration with leading utilities and move from conversations toward real pilot projects.
