Float Arm – Safe, precise inspections in challenging environments
The Float Arm enables safe, fast industrial inspections in hazardous or confined spaces without scaffolding or human entry. Modular and easily assembled by a single operator, it supports multiple sensors (UT, RT-Xray, EMAT, visual, thermal) for precise, repeatable data collection.
At IREX 2025, Float Arm will feature the soon-to-be-launched CUI RT Tool, demonstrating advanced corrosion-under-insulation (CUI) inspections.
SQUID – Automated boiler and coil inspections
SQUID automates boiler and coil inspections, eliminating human entry, scaffolding, and pipe cutting. Using UT probes to generate thickness data remotely, SQUID is ready for rental and rapid deployment, delivering safer and more efficient inspections.
ExplinerT – Safer power line maintenance
ExplinerT performs maintenance on power lines without direct human exposure, including warning sphere installation and cable fixing. It reduces operator risk by over 80%, lowers costs, and is in a pre-industrial design phase, ready for pilot deployment to address global utility needs safely and efficiently.
