| Job Summary | This role involves the end-to-end development of an inspection robot using immersion UT technology, covering design, prototyping, testing, and system maintenance. The position requires expertise in mechanical design, actuator-based machine development, and performance testing. The engineer will be responsible for conducting field trials, delivering inspection services, troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring continuous performance improvements, while also preparing the necessary technical documentation. |

| Key Responsibilities |
・Manage and report your progress of tasks to the Product lead ・Document control and change management ・Specification of systems, sub-systems and components ・Systematic design review - Stress Analysis - BOM Simplification (Reduction of Parts and Assemblies used) - Assembly Analysis - Minimization of custom machined parts by utilizing commercially available components ・Identifying problems in the system and proposing solutions ・Writing technical reports |
| Required Qualifications |
・Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. ・Proficiency in CAD software (best OnShape) 3 years experience or more ・Experience with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing, tolerance stack analysis when making drawings ・Any Experience with dimensioning machine elements (such as screws, pins, gears, rivets, etc.) according to industry standards and best practice. ・Experience in assembling/maintaining robots and machines ・Enthusiasm to learn and improve in challenging environment (Research and Development) ・Analytical problem-solving mind ( ability to approach complex issues by systematically breaking them down, gathering and analyzing data ) |
